Brett Larsen

Brett holds over 31 years of experience in the HVAC Industry and has been a part of the Dynamic Air Quality Solutions team since 2001. He has held positions in the HVAC industry to include maintenance technician, service technician, IAQ manager and service manager. Prior to Dynamic AQS, Brett was with Pardee Heating and Air in Charleston, South Carolina and is a veteran of the United States Navy.

Johnny Park

Mid-South/Mountain

Johnny holds over 25 years in the HVAC Industry and has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team for over 3 years training contractors on Indoor Air Quality. Prior to Dynamic AQS, he served 18 years as a maintenance and service HVAC technician and held the position of IAQ trainer and Training Manager for the BuyMax Strategic Partners Division of Clockwork Home Services. In this position, he trained all of the AirTime 500 locations and One Hour Heating and Air franchises throughout the United States and Canada on how to install, sell and promote Indoor Air Quality products.

Don Hearn

Mid-West

Don holds over 25 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales industries. He has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team for over 2 years training and selling Indoor Air Quality. Prior to Dynamic AQS, he’s held positions to include commercial HVAC estimator, owner/project manager and operations/manager and trainer. For fun, Don is an avid hockey player and fan! His hockey experience includes, Minor Hockey Calgary Royals AAA in Calgary, AB, 3 years Junior A in Kelowna Spartans, Kelowna, BC (1992-93 National Champions/1993-94 National Runner Ups), 3 years D3 College Hockey St. Norbert College De Pere, WI and 3 Year Professional Hockey Monroe Moccasins Monroe, LA (Anaheim Ducks Affiliate).

Tate Lane

Mid-East

Tate holds over 23 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales Industries. He has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team for over the past 2 years. Prior to Dynamic AQS, his story began working with plumbers and pipefitters. He spent 9 years in the appliance industry as a national trainer for Frigidaire appliances, trained for Bosch appliances, including 5 years as a Bosch territory representative. In addition, Tate spent 2 years in the aluminum siding/soffit industry as the Midwest regional manager.

Jon-George Popowich

Canada

Jon-George Popowich holds over 22 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales Industries and has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team since 2019. Prior to joining Dynamic AQS, Jon-George was a sales manager, general manager, training manager and operations manager with some of North America’s largest and most successful HVAC companies. He has years of experience recruiting, training & mentoring some of the most accomplished managers, sales representatives and technicians in the business. He has also experience running a $11 million-dollar residential HVAC Company & understands all about the goals & the struggles that come with it!

Carlos Aponte

Northwest

Carlos Aponte holds over 18 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales industries and has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team since 2019. Carlos is an accomplished franchise professional focused on the home services market. His core competencies include sales training, coaching and operational improvement. Prior to Dynamic AQS, Carlos was a franchise business consultant with Clockwork Home Services/Direct Energy Services, coaching and managing franchisees in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical industry. In addition, other previous positions held include Sales and Marketing Representative for Unique Air Services and Lead Technician Manager for Platinum Protection. Carlos brings years of experience and extensive IAQ product knowledge to help clients grow their businesses across North America.

Kelsey Milliron

Northeast

Kelsey holds over 11 years of experience in the HVAC Industry and has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team since Spring 2019. Kelsey is no stranger to HVAC and Indoor Air Quality, as she was raised in a family owned HVAC company taking on the role of office administrator, providing the highest quality of service. In addition, prior to Dynamic AQS, Kelsey held the position of territory sales manager with Robertson Heating Supply working with customers to grow their business and training them on IAQ equipment. Prior to Robertson, she was the senior inside sales representative for R.E. Michel, training on product and helping customer grow and seeking out new business opportunities.

Jon MacNutt

Key Account Manager

Jon holds over 18 years of experience in the HVAC Industry and has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team for over 5 years. His current role includes monitoring the key accounts for affiliate groups and leading all of our WebEx IAQ training, a.k.a guru extraordinaire! Previously, he held the role as the Dynamic AQS territory manager for the North Atlantic and Mid-South regions. Prior to Dynamic AQS, Jon held positions in home sales with Solar-X of Sarasota, territory manager for Bekaert Specialty Films, product support specialist for BuyMax Strategic Partners Division of Clockwork Home Services, for all of the AirTime 500 locations and One Hour Heating and Air franchises and the general/branch manager for Service Experts.

Stephanie Plesz

Marketing Communications Coordinator

Stephanie holds over 8 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales Industries specializing in trade marketing, marketing asset, event and project management. Prior to Dynamic AQS, Stephanie was the marketing coordinator for Natural Immunogenics Corporation, where she was the lead project manager for the trade-focused marketing initiatives of the Sovereign Silver and Argentyn 23 brands. In addition, she was previously the marketing coordinator for the BuyMax Strategic Partners Division, overseeing the development of marketing collateral, new product development, promotions and e-commerce initiatives for the Nature’s Home IAQ Division and the One Hour Heating and Air franchises.

Kyle Victor

Mid-South

Kyle Victor holds over 5 years of experience in the Plumbing and HVAC industries. Prior to joining the Dynamic Air Quality Solutions team, he was an Account Manager at One Biotechnology, a division of Osprey Biotechnics, where he trained sales and service professionals on drain line maintenance products which were used for grease traps, septic tanks, wastewater treatment facilities, and other environmental applications across North America. Kyle specializes in customer retention, product training, new account development and client engagement. He is results oriented, always up for a challenge and strives to help clients successfully grow their businesses.

Michelle Hogan

Director of Business Development

Michelle holds over 23 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales Industries. She has owned a construction company, 2 restaurants, a hotel, a night club and an event center. Prior to Dynamic, she was the National Sales Director for One Biotechnology and Sales Manager for Clockwork Home Services and the BuyMax Strategic Partners Division, selling franchises and training on many different topics helping contractors grow their businesses. Michelle brings her years of contracting experience, extensive product knowledge, and her unique ability to help clients increase their average ticket, build technician confidence, and provide excellent customer service across North America.

Steve Mores

Vice President - Residential Sales

Steve holds over 30 years of creating and conducting technical and communication training in the HVAC industry. Steve has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team since 2009 and is responsible for IAQ/accessory sales growth through training and managing the company’s North American training team. His responsibilities also include business development through existing vendor partner relationships, private label sales, and developing new partnerships. Prior to Dynamic AQS, Steve served with Clockwork Home Services as VP of Nature’s Home IAQ Division

where he started and directed the company’s IAQ product and training initiatives, then was promoted to President of Clockwork’s BuyMax Strategic Partners Division. As a professional IAQ product and communication trainer, consultant and professional speaker, Steve helps clients improve revenue and profit by differentiating themselves through sustainable business practices.
