Brett holds over 31 years of experience in the HVAC Industry and has been a part of the Dynamic Air Quality Solutions team since 2001. He has held positions in the HVAC industry to include maintenance technician, service technician, IAQ manager and service manager. Prior to Dynamic AQS, Brett was with Pardee Heating and Air in Charleston, South Carolina and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
Tate holds over 23 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales Industries. He has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team for over the past 2 years. Prior to Dynamic AQS, his story began working with plumbers and pipefitters. He spent 9 years in the appliance industry as a national trainer for Frigidaire appliances, trained for Bosch appliances, including 5 years as a Bosch territory representative. In addition, Tate spent 2 years in the aluminum siding/soffit industry as the Midwest regional manager.
Jon-George Popowich holds over 22 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales Industries and has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team since 2019. Prior to joining Dynamic AQS, Jon-George was a sales manager, general manager, training manager and operations manager with some of North America’s largest and most successful HVAC companies. He has years of experience recruiting, training & mentoring some of the most accomplished managers, sales representatives and technicians in the business. He has also experience running a $11 million-dollar residential HVAC Company & understands all about the goals & the struggles that come with it!
Carlos Aponte holds over 18 years of experience in the HVAC and Sales industries and has been a part of the Dynamic AQS team since 2019. Carlos is an accomplished franchise professional focused on the home services market. His core competencies include sales training, coaching and operational improvement. Prior to Dynamic AQS, Carlos was a franchise business consultant with Clockwork Home Services/Direct Energy Services, coaching and managing franchisees in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical industry. In addition, other previous positions held include Sales and Marketing Representative for Unique Air Services and Lead Technician Manager for Platinum Protection. Carlos brings years of experience and extensive IAQ product knowledge to help clients grow their businesses across North America.
Northeast Territory Manager of Training & Sales
Kyle Victor holds over 5 years of experience in the Plumbing and HVAC industries. Prior to joining the Dynamic Air Quality Solutions team, he was an Account Manager at One Biotechnology, a division of Osprey Biotechnics, where he trained sales and service professionals on drain line maintenance products which were used for grease traps, septic tanks, wastewater treatment facilities, and other environmental applications across North America. Kyle specializes in customer retention, product training, new account development and client engagement. He is results oriented, always up for a challenge and strives to help clients successfully grow their businesses.
His responsibilities also include technical research, business development through private label sales, and new product development.Prior to Dynamic AQS, Steve served with Clockwork Home Services as VP of Nature’s Home IAQ Division
where he started and directed the company’s IAQ product and training initiatives, then was promoted to President of Clockwork’s BuyMax Strategic Partners Division. As a professional IAQ product and communication trainer, consultant and professional speaker, Steve helps clients improve revenue and profit by differentiating themselves through sustainable business practices.
Mike holds over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Prior to joining the Dynamic Air Quality Solutions team, he was a Home Service Plus® (HSP) Service Technician at CenterPoint Energy where he delivered outstanding customer service, assisted in troubleshooting breakdowns and repair of manufacture HVAC system and components. In addition, other previous positions held include Senior HVAC Tech, Field Sales Representative and Team Lead. Mike brings years of experience as a hands-on technician in the field, valuable insight on customer service and retention, training and extensive IAQ product knowledge to help clients grow their business across the Midwest.
